    The Pro level adds priority email support - for answers to specific questions about accessing and/or using the features and example data that are included with Homewyse Lists.

    Note: support does not include "List development" that might be needed to build a highly customized List, or for providing cost estimating data not included in existing List template or Item libraries.

  • Is Lists pricing is accurate (for my business)?

    Lists uses the latest U.S. averaged pricing data - which has been tested and trusted in over 10 million uses. And if you ever want to make changes, it is easy to edit and reuse ANY cost factors. It is 100% in your control.

    The critical cost factor that most pros edit is the "fully burdened wage" (which should include the payroll wage, payroll taxes, insurance, benefits, marketing and sales expenses, and any other hourly allocated overhead costs that your business pays). Determining an accurate fully burdened wage is ESSENTIAL to a profitable business - and is something that you (with your accountant) must determine.

  • How long can I use the Basic level?

    You can use the Basic plan as long as you like. With the Basic level, you can create and save up to 10 Lists. This lets you explore all features in Lists and evaluate the impact to your business. If Lists creates value for your business, we encourage you to upgrade to a paid subscription - as it helps us recover our development, hosting and support costs for the app.

  • Will my subscription renew automatically?

    When you purchase a subscription with a credit card, your account will be renewed automatically each year, unless you decline the auto-renewal option. When your account is not automatically renewed, you will receive email notification about the renewal process before your subscription expires.
